Tara Candelario

Research Associate

Tara Candelario was born in Berkeley, CA and raised in the Bay Area.

For Grades 1-8, she attended St. Joseph School in Pinole, CA. For high school, she attended a private Catholic school called Carondelet in Concord, CA. She later then attended San Francisco State University earning her B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Physiology.

After graduation, she began working as a Research Associate in the Laboratory of Cell Growth at the Veteran’s Hospital in San Francisco, CA.
